Pilates is a body conditioning method that can help us move in a more efficient way so our body is less prone to injury. Pilates can be beneficial for all ages and fitness levels.
I will work with you on your individual needs and goals such as overall strength for daily activities, injury rehabilitation, improving athletic performance, and pre and post-natal fitness.
I offer one-on-one sessions in a private studio space in Berkeley and group reformer classes in El Cerrito and Mill Valley.
